Hosting a show is really quite easy. Follow the steps below to make sure your show is a success:
1. Contact Jodie at Tiny Kingdom Creations (205) 585-0728 to schedule your show or email at tinykingdomcreations@gmail.com.
2. Begin contacting possible attendees via email, Facebook and/or phone. Make sure you give them this web address so they can check what products are offered and get ideas of what items they can make.
3. Begin assigning appointments in 20 minute increments and stress the importance of these appointment times. The attendee will need to show up 10 minutes prior to her appointment time in order to pick out her pieces and make decisions regarding what she wants painted on each piece.
4. A week before the show, contact your attendees to confirm their appointment times. We will contact you a few days before your show to get a head count allowing us to know how much pottery to bring to your party.
5. The day of the show have a place set aside where the pottery can be displayed and the painting can be done. This is as simple as a dining room table or even your kitchen counters.
