Policies

First and foremost each item is a one-of-a-kind piece painted by hand.  All prices include the ceramic piece, basic painting, and firing. From time to time there will be imperfections on the finished pieces, this is because of the media we use, not attention/or lack there of to detail. Some special requests may be at an additional charge, which is RARELY necessary.

Hand-painted pottery is more "art" than "science," so you can expect differences from piece to piece.  The "differences" from piece to piece might involve color variations and the placement of hand painted figures.  Please note that once a "print" is painted, what you see in front of you is what it will look like when fired.  If you do not like it, immediately tell your painter so that she can redo it.  Once it leaves a hostess' home, we cannot make changes.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.  That being said, if you receive a piece of pottery and are not satisfied we will replace the exact item in the same exact design you originally ordered.  You may not change the design on the replacement piece.  Also, the item being replaced has to be returned to Tiny Kingdom Creation.  You may not keep the piece you are wishing to replace/redo.  No exceptions!  You will have 30 days after the hostess received the items to get in touch with us for us to fix a certain piece.  Failure to keep appointments or outside of 30 days may not be covered.

For our painter's travel time to your party location, a travel fee will apply.  The fee varies from $3 to $12 per customer, which the customer will be responsible for paying, not the hostess.  Please note that the travel fee is for our painters, it is NOT a delivery fee.  Our painters are traveling from different cities from Clanton, Chelsea and Helena.  Please note it is standard when travel is involved that a "travel fee" will cover gas and wear and tear...thank you for understanding.  This amount is paid to the painter and not the company as profits.

Please note, these are not pieces that your children are hand painting (children's painting parties can also be booked--just ask for more info on these type parties).  We will print your child's hand or foot on the piece(s), you will choose a design.  The pieces will be returned to us to add the finishing touches and design and then we will contact the hostess once the orders are complete.

The Hostess is responsible for picking up all finished pottery once the order has been completed.

We reserve the right to cancel a party if there are not enough confirmed attendees. (Less than 8 paying customers, not children).

Shows are to be scheduled with back to back appointments, No Gaps!
